Black-finished 15″ wire wheels secured by two-eared knock-off nuts are mounted with 165-series Vredstein tires, and a matching spare is mounted to the rear bodywork. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums. In 2020 the brake master cylinder was cleaned, wheel cylinders were honed, the brake fluid was flushed, and replacement seals were installed on the rear drums.
The cockpit features bucket seats trimmed in black leather along with black door panels and center tunnel trim. Equipment includes a wood dashboard, a locking glove box, a chrome mirror mounted on the dashboard, lap belts, and black rubber Morgan-branded floor mats.
Smiths instrumentation includes a tachometer with a 5,500-rpm redline as well as a 140-mph speedometer and a combination gauge for fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and amperage. The five-digit odometer shows 36k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The Triumph-sourced 2,138cc inline-four is equipped with twin Weber sidedraft carburetors with polished velocity stacks as well as a copper radiator overflow tank, a battery mounted behind the passenger seat, and four-into-one tube-style headers paired with an exhaust system routed under the right side of the car. The engine was reportedly overhauled in Los Angeles in the 1980s. Service in December 2020 included cleaning and tuning the carburetors and replacing the battery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual Moss transmission.
