The tailgate is said to open only by use of the key.
Silver-finished 17″ M System II wheels feature “throwing star” covers and are mounted with 235/45 front and 255/40 rear Bridgestone Potenza RE050A tires. The car is equipped with an Electronic Damper Control (EDC) suspension as well as an adaptive M suspension. The dampers for the latter are said to have been rebuilt by Nagengast of Poland since 2019. The selling dealer states that the brakes, brake lines, suspension bushings, control arms, and tires were also recently replaced under prior ownership and the wheels were reportedly refinished.
The cabin features black Nappa leather covering the heated power-adjustable front sport seats as well as the door panels and center console. Amenities include driver-seat memory settings, cruise control, a Blaupunkt AM/FM cassette stereo, a retractable cargo cover, and power windows and locks. The air conditioning does not work and the headliner is loose in some places.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 300-km/h speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and gauges for fuel level, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 224k kilometers (~139k miles), approximately 500 of which were added by the selling dealer.
The 3.8-liter S38B38 inline-six features larger intake and exhaust valves and larger throttle bodies than its 3.6-liter predecessor as well as Bosch Motronic 3.3 engine management. Factory-rated output was 340 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The engine oil and accessory drive belt are said to have been changed in October 2021, and an exhaust leak is noted near the manifold. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Getrag 280/5 five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
