Chrome 15″ wire wheels secured by two-eared knock-off nuts are mounted with 165-series Dunlop SP20AS Metric tires, and a matching spare is mounted to the rear bodywork. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums. Work in September 2020 by Classic Automotive Restoration & Service of Omaha, Nebraska, included flushing the brake fluid, overhauling the brake pedal assembly, and replacing the brake master cylinder, calipers, pads, pistons, two secondary cylinders, and both hard and flex lines.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black leather with black center tunnel trim, door panels, rear panels, and carpets. Equipment includes a wood dashboard, a glove box compartment, and a modern rearview mirror affixed to the windshield. The seller notes areas of wear in the interior.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts Smiths instrumentation consisting of a 6k-rpm tachometer, a 110-mph speedometer, and a combination gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 23k miles, 500 of which were driven by the seller.
The Triumph-sourced 2,138cc inline-four was factory rated at 105 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. Equipment includes twin Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, a chrome valve cover, and a four-into-one exhaust system that routes down the passenger side and is equipped with a polished heat shield. The fuel pump was overhauled in 2020, at which time the fuel lines were cleaned. The battery was replaced in August 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The transmission fluid was flushed in 2020. Corrosion is noted on the frame.
