The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in tan vinyl with cloth inserts as well as replacement carpets, air conditioning, and a factory AM/FM stereo with an Digi-Plex clock. The air conditioning condenser and dryer were replaced in March 2020 along with a refrigerant line and the idler pulley. The air compressor for the pneumatically-operated doors was replaced.
A three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer, while an ammeter and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level are located in the center stack. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 41k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added by the seller.
The Ford-sourced 351ci Windsor V8 was factory rated at 175 horsepower and 286 lb-ft of torque. Service in March 2020 included repainting the engine bay and replacing the battery, radiator cap, thermostat, starter, starter cable, water and fuel pumps, engine belts, spark plugs, and the oil pan and valve cover gaskets.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Ford FMX three-speed automatic transmission and a live rear axle. The car is said to have been undercoated under previous ownership. The transmission lubricant and filter were changed in 2020.
