The car is finished in Performance White with a black hood stripe and “hockey stick” side stripes with Boss 302 lettering. Additional features include body-color mirror caps, front and rear spoilers, a louvered hood, HID headlights, tinted windows, and a blacked-out grille with blocked-off fog light openings.
Staggered-width 19″ wheels are finished in black with polished lips and wear 255/40 front and 285/35 rear Pirelli P Zero tires that were mounted in May 2022. Compared to the Mustang GT, the Boss 302 is equipped with a lowered ride height, a larger rear sway bar, stiffer bushings, and five-way adjustable shocks. Stopping power comes from disc brakes with four-piston Brembo calipers at the front. The brake fluid was changed in May 2022.
The cabin features manually adjustable Recaro front seats trimmed in Charcoal Black cloth along with matching door panel inserts and engine-turned accents on the dashboard. Equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control, an AM/FM/CD stereo, Boss 302-branded floor mats, and power windows.
The Alcantara-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, a central multifunction display, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 665 miles, approximately 15 of which have been added by the selling dealer.
The 5.0-liter DOHC Road Runner V8 features a forged rotating assembly along with CNC ported cylinder heads and revised camshafts. Factory-rated output was at 444 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. A strut-tower brace spans the engine bay, and a plaque affixed to the intake manifold is etched with the car’s VIN and vehicle number. Work in May 2022 included changing the coolant, performing an oil change, and replacing the battery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential with 3.73:1 gearing. The factory dual exhaust features rear outlets as well as side-exit pipes with removable baffles. The transmission and differential fluids were changed in May 2022.
The window sticker lists standard and optional equipment as well as a total MSRP of $44,990. Service records and a Deluxe Marti report are included in the sale.
A collection of spare parts will accompany the car along with a Boss 302 ownership kit and a TracKey, which unlocks the car’s performance-focused engine parameters.
