Ten-spoke 15″ wheels wear Shelby Cobra center caps and are mounted with F70-15 Goodyear Speedway white-letter tires. The car is equipped with power steering and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The factory saddle interior was replaced with black vinyl upholstery. Equipment includes the Interior Décor Group and Visibility Group, a heater with a defroster, a center console, faux woodgrain trim, a roll bar, three-point front seatbelts, Mustang-branded floor mats, and a Philco push-button AM radio.
The two-spoke steering wheel is accented by woodgrain trim as well as Shelby Cobra badging and is mounted on a tilt-away steering column. Instrumentation includes an 8k-rpm tachometer and a 140-mph speedometer. A pair of Stewart Warner gauges are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 29k miles, approximately 10 of which have been added under current ownership.
The 302ci V8 was factory rated at 250 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque and features a four-barrel carburetor and a finned Cobra air cleaner assembly and valve covers.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a C4 three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.50:1 rear axle.
