Equipment includes the Stealth Pack, LED headlights and running lights, twin-hinged dihedral doors, a rearview camera, satin black dual exhaust outlets, and an active rear spoiler with an air brake and an automatic Drag Reduction System.
Optional 19″ and 20″ Super-Lightweight forged wheels are finished in matte black and mounted with 245/35 front and 305/30 rear Pirelli P Zero tires. The three-mode adaptive suspension features double wishbones at all four corners, and the car is equipped with a vehicle lift system. Stopping power is provided by carbon-ceramic rotors and red-finished calipers. The suspension actuators were replaced in 2020, and a brake fluid flush was performed in 2021.
The seats are trimmed in a combination of black leather and microsuede, while carbon-fiber trim accents the center stack and door panels. Amenities include a Bowers & Wilkins 12-speaker audio system, 360-degree park assist, dual-zone climate control, a Homelink system, McLaren-branded floor mats, and a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, Bluetooth, and satellite radio. The horns, amplifier, and passenger door seal were replaced in 2020, and the cabin air filter was changed in July 2022.
The flat-bottomed steering wheel features carbon-fiber trim and paddle shifters and is mounted on an electrically adjustable column. Instrumentation consists of a configurable LCD screen that is able to fold down and displays a speedometer, tachometer, trip functions, and vehicle information. The digital odometer indicates 5k miles, approximately 3k of which have been added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter M840T V8 utilizes a flat-plane crankshaft as well as dry-sump lubrication, and it was factory rated at 710 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque. The car is equipped with an optional factory sport exhaust system. The engine air filter was replaced in 2021, and an oil change was performed in July 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch Seamless Shift transaxle. The clutch breather assembly was replaced in 2020.
