The body was repainted in black finish during the refurbishment according to the seller. Additional features include a custom-fabricated hood, LED lighting, a shaved antenna hole and side-marker lights, later-style sport mirrors, and a removable rear window and T-top roof panels. Staggered-width 18″ Rally-style wheels feature a black finish accented with polished lips and are mounted with Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar tires measuring 255/45 in the front and 285/40 at the rear. Disc brakes are fitted at all four corners, and the car is equipped with a fiberglass rear monoleaf spring and Bilstein dampers.
Black leather upholstery covers the C5-style bucket seats, and further interior modifications include an aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel mounted to a tilting column, a RetroSound radio, and a custom upholstered treatment for the passenger-side dash fascia. A custom placard installed on the center console denotes the reported power ratings for the replacement ZZ crate engine.
Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and a collection of supplementary gauges housed within the center stack. The five-digit odometer indicates 2,500 miles. Total mileage is unknown.
A fuel-injected ZZ454ci V8 crate engine replaces the factory V8 and features an aluminum intake manifold, GM Performance valve covers, a serpentine accessory drive system, and a chrome air cleaner housing. An aluminum radiator is installed along with dual electric fans, and coated headers are connected to a dual exhaust system fitted with Magnaflow mufflers.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission. Additional photos of the underside are presented below.
