Bilstein shocks have been added, and the rear spring pads and mounts were replaced in February 2020. A spare is stored in the trunk.
The cabin features seats upholstered in blue MB-Tex joined by a matching dashboard and door panels. The carpets have been replaced, and interior details include a fire extinguisher and a wooden center console. The Becker radio has been bypassed with a JL Audio MBT-RX Bluetooth Audio receiver linked to JL Audio speakers. The cigarette lighter, factory radio, and analog clock do not work, the dashboard is cracked, the lower passenger door vinyl is peeling, and corrosion is visible in the trunk. The air conditioning system does not work.
The black two-spoke steering wheel with a chrome horn ring frames a tachometer, 140-mph speedometer, and vertically-oriented auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 85k miles. Total mileage is unknown. The steering wheel plastic is cracked.
The 2.8-liter M130 inline-six was rebuilt in 2014 and is equipped with Bosch mechanical fuel injection. A valve job was performed in 2012, and the cylinder head was rebuilt that same year.
