The truck is finished in Steel Blue Metallic and has been fitted with an EarthRoamer camper shell. Modifications consist of steel bumpers, fog lights, a Warn 9,000-lb winch with synthetic line, high-mount PIAA driving lights, rock rails, a rear swing-out cargo carrier with jerry cans, and a receiver hitch. Additional equipment includes an AEV snorkel, an 80-watt roof-mounted solar panel, shore utility connections, and locking doors for the fuel and water fillers. Stone chips are present in the paint, and scratches are visible under the left door. The seller states that the wheel center caps were replaced after some of the gallery photos were taken.
Beadlock-style AEV 17″ wheels are wrapped in 315/70 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires, and a matching spare is mounted on the rear carrier. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, and the truck is equipped with an Airock air-adjustable suspension system as well as a Fox steering stabilizer. Service under current ownership reportedly included rewiring the Airock relays and recalibrating the system as well as replacing steering components and flushing the brake fluid.
The front cabin features bucket seats upholstered in gray cloth along with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and black rubber floor liners. Amenities include power windows, air conditioning, a center console, and a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation. A control panel for the air suspension system is mounted on top of the center stack, and the truck is equipped with an onboard air compressor as well as an air tank mounted behind the right seat.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 5,600-rpm redline, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 29k miles, approximately 7k of which were added under current ownership.
The camper is outfitted with storage shelves, gear bags, a cab-over storage compartment, woven vinyl flooring, two bench seats, LED task lights, 12-volt outlets, and hinged acrylic windows. A Thetford cassette toilet is housed within the forward bench, a sink with a tethered faucet is mounted behind the driver’s seat, a hinged floor panel covers a recessed shower pan, and an Isotherm refrigerator is fitted under the rear bench. The water system includes a 25-gallon freshwater tank, a drinking water filter, a four-gallon engine-heated hot water supply, a 10-gallon gray water tank, and a status panel. Power equipment consists of a 210Ah battery system, a TrueCharge 20-amp battery charger, a Blue Sky solar charge controller, and a Xantrex battery monitor. The batteries and water filter were reportedly replaced in 2022.
The tent and sleeping platform are deployed by opening the power-operated folding roof. The sleeping loft features a queen mattress, five zip-open screened windows, and an overhead light. Climate control equipment consists of a power vent with a thermostat and a gasoline-powered air heater. The tent was replaced in 2021.
The 3.8-liter V6 was factory rated at 202 horsepower and 237 lb-ft of torque. The seller states that a supercharger was installed under prior ownership and was subsequently removed by the current owner. The ECU was reportedly reprogrammed back to stock settings, and the intercooler remains installed. Service under current ownership is said to have involved replacing the idler and tensioner pulleys, and the oil was changed in preparation for the sale. According to the seller, the engine occasionally cranks for an extended period before starting. The removed supercharger is included in the sale and pictured in the gallery below.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck is equipped with Dana 44 front and rear axles as well as locking front and rear differentials with 4.11:1 gearing. Skid plates are fitted under the transfer case and rear exhaust components, and additional underside photos can be viewed in the gallery.
Manufacturer’s literature and service records accompany the truck along with a Diablo ECU programmer.
