Silver-finished 14″ Alpina alloy wheels wear 195/70 Kumho Ecowing ES01 tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted front disc brakes.
The cabin features seating upholstered in red leather joined by matching carpets, and wood trim accents the dash and door panels. Equipment includes power-operated windows, a cabin heater, a wood shift knob, and a locking glove box. The passenger window switch works intermittently.
The wood-rimmed Nardi steering wheel frames a 240-km/h speedometer, tachometer, clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 16k kilometers (~10k miles), approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership. The odometer is said to have rolled over, and total mileage is unknown.
The 2.8-liter M30 inline-six features a single overhead camshaft and twin Weber carburetors. The fan clutch is said to have been replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. An aftermarket stainless-steel exhaust system has been installed.
The BMW Classic Certificate lists the car’s production date, factory colors, and delivery to Italy.
