Chrome-finished Billet Specialties wheels measure 18″ in diameter up front and 20″ out back, and they are mounted with 225/30 and 275/45 Goodyear tires, respectively. Braking is handled by Baer six-piston calipers with drilled and slotted rotors mounted at all four corners, and adjustable coilovers are installed at each corner.
The red interior features leather treatments for the dashboard, bench seat, shifter surround, and door panels. Additional touches include color-coordinated carpeting, an aftermarket climate-control system, a vintage-look aftermarket stereo unit, and power windows. Safety belts are provided for both occupants.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames Classic Instruments gauges that include a speedometer with an inset tachometer flanked by auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer indicates that approximately 1,500 miles have been driven since completion of the build. True mileage is unknown.
The trunk was trimmed to match the interior upholstery and features a pair of Eclipse amplifiers.
The fuel-injected 302ci V8 was installed during the build and features a pair of T3 turbochargers, custom-fabricated exhaust headers, and a FAST engine-management system. Further additions include a body-color air intake, Thunderbird-branded valve covers, and a serpentine-belt accessory system. A general inspection and brake fluid flush was completed in 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a TCI StreetFighter AOD transmission. Additional photos of the underside, drivetrain, and suspension components are presented in the gallery below.
