Suspension work conducted by the seller included installing front ball joints, bushings, bearings, steering linkage, spring pads, Bilstein shocks, and larger sway bars.
The front buckets are upholstered in black Skai vinyl, and the rear seat was replaced and reupholstered under current ownership. Additional work included replacing the B-pillar and quarter-window trim, the heater blower motor, the package cover, the trunk lining and boards, the door panels, the gas pedal, and the carpet.
A three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph VDO speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and a combination gauge for fuel level and water temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 63k miles.
The 2.0-liter inline-four was rebuilt under current ownership with the work including cleaning and honing the block, porting the cylinder head and intake, rebuilding the connecting rods, installing a polished crankshaft, balancing the rotating assembly, and replacing the main and rod bearings. The fuel injection pump and injectors were rebuilt and replacement high- and low-pressure lines were fitted. Additional work included replacing the following components:

The four-speed manual transmission was rebuilt with new bearings, synchronizers, and seals, while additional components installed during the refurbishment included a clutch, master and slave cylinders, lines, hoses, a resurfaced flywheel, a center support mount, and driveshaft bearings. A ceramic-coated Stahl exhaust header is installed.
