Equipment includes a speed-activated rear spoiler, front winglets, an electric sunroof, headlight washers, height-adjustable headlights, a rear window wiper, power-adjustable side mirrors, and a single exhaust outlet. The car is said to have been modified to meet DOT standards in 2014 but the headlights, brake ducts, and rear bumper center section have been subsequently returned to RoW-style components. The seller notes crazing on the rear bumper, two stone chips on the front trunk lid, and a chip on the bottom right side of the windshield, which can be seen in the photo gallery below. The seller states that an accident was reported prior to the refurbishment under previous ownership in which the rear was damaged. The Speedline-style 18″ wheels are wrapped in Continental SportContact 2 tires measuring 225/40 in front and 265/35 at the rear. A collapsible spare is mounted in the front trunk. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated anti-lock discs with red-painted calipers. The seller states that height-adjustable coilovers were fitted. Clearcoat hazing is visible on the wheels.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable front bucket seats upholstered in black draped leather with matching rear seats. Amenities include a leather-wrapped dashboard, power windows, an onboard computer, a Porsche Travelpilot stereo, and air conditioning. The navigation function is not functioning and the CD changer is not included.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 300-km/h speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for oil level, oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The speedometer has a modified face plate in the factory position and the clock face was modified with a Heuer inscription. The six-digit odometer shows 181k kilometers (~113k miles), approximately 12k of which were added under current ownership.
The air-cooled 3.6L M64 flat-six was factory rated at 247 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. A refurbishment in 2012 reportedly included a top-end machining and maintenance items, the replacement of the radiators, and the installation of a solid-state DME relay. A Cup-style exhaust pipe is fitted. Oil weeping is noted from the engine, an exhaust heat shield rattle is present, and the engine under tray is missing.
Power is sent to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle. The clutch and flywheel were reportedly replaced in 2012. The seller states the front differential was resealed in 2019.
