The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel frames Veglia instrumentation including a 180-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 12k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The transversely-mounted 2.9-liter F106 AB V8 features quadruple Weber 40 DCNF carburetors and was rated at 237 horsepower when new. Service in 2021 included refurbishing the carburetors and replacing the timing belt, tensioner bearings, fuel lines, water pump, coolant hoses, oil pressure sender, ignition coils, and points.
