The 15” steel wheels feature bright covers with faux knock-off spinners and are mounted with redline tires. Four-wheel disc brakes were introduced for the 1965 model year.
The cabin houses bucket seats trimmed in blue vinyl with matching door panels. Equipment includes lap belts, an analog clock, electric windows, and a Delco AM/FM radio.
A wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 160-mph speedometer, and auxiliary displays. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 7k miles, only a handful of which were added by the current owner. Total mileage is unknown.
The 327ci V8 was factory rated at 300 horsepower, which is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission.
The engine block stamping is presented above. The “HF” suffix shown in the gallery indicates a 300 horsepower 327ci L75 V8 for manual transmission applications.
