American Racing 17″ wheels with simulated knock-off spinners are mounted with 255/45 front and 285/40 rear Nitto NT555 G2 tires showing 2017 and 2018 date codes. Braking is provided by Wilwood front calipers over cross-drilled and slotted rotors along with drums at the rear. Aldan coilovers are paired with tubular front control arms as well as traction bars out back. The car is also reportedly equipped with a Wilwood master brake cylinder and a Flaming River rack-and-pinion steering assembly.
The interior features fixed-back bucket seats upholstered in black leather along with color-coordinated carpeting and door panels. Appointments include a Hurst shifter, a fire extinguisher, wind wings, translucent sun visors, door map pockets, and a dash-mounted rearview mirror.
A wood-rimmed Grant steering wheel sits ahead of white-dial Stewart Warner instrumentation that includes a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and four auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 10k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added under current ownership.
The Ford 428ci V8 is reportedly topped with a Demon 950-cfm four-barrel carburetor with an electric choke, and additional equipment is said to include a Cobra-branded finned air cleaner and valve covers, an Edelbrock air intake, an MSD ignition system, billet pulleys, and a Griffin aluminum radiator with a 16″ electric fan. The oil was changed in March 2022.
The seller states that the car is equipped with a four-speed Ford Toploader manual transmission with a Lakewood bell housing, a Ford 9″ limited-slip rear differential with 3.50:1 gearing, and 31-spline Moser Engineering axle shafts. According to the seller, the custom-built fuel tank has a 16-gallon capacity and was powder coated to match the car’s steel frame.
