The car is equipped with a black convertible soft top and a matching top boot, along with dual side mirrors, and a bright windshield surround, grille, and bumpers.
Steel 13″ wheels wear chrome trim rings, hubcaps with body-color accents, and 6.40 SR 13 87S Vredestein Sprint Classic tires. The car is equipped with a double-wishbone front suspension, rear swing axles with coil springs, and power-assisted drum brakes. An aftermarket sway bar has reportedly been installed.
The cabin was refreshed in the mid-2000s and features low-back bucket seats upholstered in Light Grey leather as well as color-coordinated door panels and dashboard trim. Amenities include a rear “Kinder” jump seat, lap belts, an analog clock, Coco floor mats, and a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer as well as gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 74k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 1.9-liter M121 inline-four is equipped with dual Solex carburetors and was factory rated at 104 horsepower and 105 lb-ft of torque. A spin-on oil filter, alternator, and Bosch distributor have been added.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a fully synchronized four-speed manual transmission.
