The frame was sandblasted before being repainted in black and fitted with new mounts, and the bumpers were also re-chromed. Additional equipment includes dual side mirrors, a fender-mounted antenna, K5 Blazer badging, and dual exhaust outlets exiting under the rear cab.
Black-finished 15″ steel wheels wear polished trim rings and are mounted with 35×12.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. The truck is equipped with power steering, manually locking Warn front hubs, and drums at all four corners with replacement lines. The suspension is modified with Bilstein shocks.
The tub is said to have been treated with bedliner material, while the front bucket seats and rear bench have been reupholstered in black vinyl and are accompanied by color-coordinated door panels and replacement carpets. Additional equipment includes sun visors, a locking glove box, custom transfer case lever trim, and a Jensen head unit. A Holley Sniper control unit is mounted on the dashboard.
A split three-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and a tachometer in addition to gauges for fuel level, battery charging, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 26k miles, approximately 150 of which were added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 350ci V8 is said to have been overhauled and is equipped with Holley Sniper programmable electronic fuel injection along with an Edelbrock intake manifold and aftermarket valve covers. Additional equipment includes a polished air cleaner cover, an Optima battery, an aluminum radiator, dual electric cooling fans, polished front pulleys, an MSD ignition system with 8.5mm spark plugs wires, tubular exhaust headers, and a fabricated exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the image gallery.
