Halibrand Speedway wheels measure 14″ up front and 15″ at the rear and are mounted with 195/60 and 225/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The suspension is equipped with a Pete and Jake’s front end kit and rear parallel leaf springs. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs that reportedly consist of Wilwood components in the front and Ford-sourced brakes in the rear.
The bench seat is trimmed in black vinyl with yellow piping that extends to the door panels. Equipment includes a B&M Megashifter, lap belts, and bright door sills.
The rumble seat is upholstered in black vinyl and equipped with lap belts.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is mounted to a tilt column and frames a Classic Instruments 140-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, voltage, water temperature, and oil pressure. A Sun Super Tach is mounted to the right of the steering wheel. The five-digit odometer shows 7k miles, which is said to represent mileage since the completion of the build. True mileage is unknown.
The 392ci Hemi V8 was reportedly sourced from a 1958 Chrysler and rebuilt by Motor Masters of Hartford, Wisconsin, during the refurbishment. The 10:1 compression engine is said to be equipped with the following components:
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed TH350 automatic transmission and a Ford 9″ rear end with a limited-slip differential featuring 3:50:1 gearing. The transmission is said to be equipped with a B&M 2,000-rpm stall torque converter. The front and rear of the chassis were boxed and a center crossmember was installed during the refurbishment. A dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers is fitted.
