Body-color 17″ wire wheels feature chrome V8 hubcaps and are mounted with Firestone-branded whitewall tires. A matching spare is affixed to the passenger side. The suspension and brakes were reportedly overhauled in 2010. The seller notes that an area of peeling paint on the driver-side rear wheel has been repaired.
The cabin houses a front bench and two individual rear bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl. Brown rubber lines the floors, and the wood roof slats are pictured in the gallery.
A three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a black metal dashboard housing a Waltham 90-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 50k miles, around 100 of which have been added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 221ci Ford flathead V8 was factory rated at 85 horsepower, which is sent to the rear wheels through a floor-shifted three-speed manual transmission. The electrical system was converted from 6 to 12 volts using a GM-style alternator and replacement wiring during previous ownership, and the fuel system was reportedly refurbished in 2010. An oil change was performed in April 2022.
