Polished knock-off wire wheels are secured by two-eared spinners and mounted with Goodyear Eagle Sport tires. A full-size spare is found in the trunk. Braking is through 3000 BJ8-spec front discs and rear drums. The shocks were reportedly rebuilt by Apple Hydraulics of Calverton, New York during previous ownership, and the suspension is said to have been refreshed by the selling dealer. An uprated sway bar has been installed.
The cabin houses bucket seats that have been reupholstered in black leather along with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Details include a wood shift knob, toggle switches for vehicle functions, and a dash-mounted rear-view mirror.
A wood-rimmed Moto-Lita steering wheel sits ahead of a body-color metal dashboard housing Smiths instrumentation that includes a 6k-rpm tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 65k miles, though total mileage is unknown.
The 2.6L inline-four was reportedly rebuilt during the aforementioned refurbishment and fitted with an SC Parts alloy cylinder head, Mondial pistons, a Le Mans-style cold air box, larger dual SU carburetors, a 100M-spec camshaft, electric fuel pump, stainless-steel header, upgraded exhaust system, and a Pertronix Flamethrower distributor with electronic ignition. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a three-speed manual gearbox with Laycock de Normanville overdrive on second and third gears. A tune-up and valve adjustment were reportedly performed by the selling dealer, and the clutch is also said to have been refreshed.
