Polished American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are mounted with older Michelin X Radial tires that measure 205/70 up front and 215/70 out back. Braking is through drums at all four corners. The car rides approximately 3″ lower than stock on aftermarket front springs that have been cut, while an extra leaf has been added to each rear spring.
The cabin has been reupholstered and houses bucket seats trimmed in white leather with a matching dashboard top and door panels. Beige carpets line the floors, and features include a dash-mounted rear-view mirror and a leather shift boot.
A three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a yellow-finished column and sits ahead of a 140-mph speedometer. A Mooneyes-branded Classic Instruments 7k-rpm tachometer and a suite of auxiliary gauges are mounted in the body-color dash. The five-digit odometer was reset during the build and shows approximately 1,400 miles, around 100 of which have been added during current ownership. Total chassis mileage is unknown.
The 350ci V8 was reportedly sourced from a 1969 Corvette, bored .030″ over, and installed during the build. Components are said to include a four-bolt main block, an Isky 280 hydraulic camshaft, roller rockers, forged 10:1 compression TRW pistons, stainless-steel valves, a steel crankshaft, ceramic-coated Hooker headers, and polished Mooneyes valve covers with body-color accents. The engine is topped by three Rochester two-barrel carburetors mounted to an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, though the seller notes that only the central carburetor is hooked up.
