The car is said to have been disassembled and refinished in Michigan, and following transport to Florida in 2011 the car was reassembled by the seller’s shop. The chrome-finished bumpers and grille were replated, although the seller notes signs of age in the brightwork that was not refreshed. Dimples near the driver-side headlight and other imperfections are noted in the paintwork, as shown in the photo gallery below.
