Finished from the factory in red, the truck was repainted by the selling dealer in 2022, at which time the window seals, door gaskets, and taillight lenses were replaced. Rust repairs performed during prior ownership are said to have included metal work on the rear floor pan, cargo gates, rear wheel arches, dog leg panels, jack points, outriggers, and the lower cargo door edge. Features include fold-down bed sides, pop-out windshields, sliding front windows, and white-painted bumpers with overriders.
White-painted 15″ steel wheels wear gray reproduction hubcaps and are wrapped in 6.40-15 Firestone Deluxe Champion-branded Coker tires. The shocks were replaced in 2022 along with the brake master cylinder, brake hoses, and wheel cylinders.
The cabin features an adjustable front bench and a fixed-position rear bench upholstered in gray vinyl. Amenities include a driver’s sun visor, a heater, and a floor-mounted shifter. The wiring harness, shift rod bushing, ignition switch, and heater tubes and insulation were replaced in 2022. The selling dealer states the interior panels have been replaced and sections of the seat covers were re-stitched and repaired. Corrosion on the floors is visible in the gallery below along with stains on the rear bench.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames an 80-mph speedometer. The five-digit odometer shows 80k miles, around 200 of which have been added by the selling dealer, though total mileage is unknown.
The air-cooled 1.3L flat-four is said to have been overhauled during prior ownership. The carburetor and distributor were rebuilt in 2021, while the ignition cables, fuel strainer, and throttle cable were replaced in 2022. The seller notes the reserve fuel valve is not hooked up.
The engine stamping is viewable above.
