The interior features bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl with a color-keyed dashboard, carpeting, and door panels. A Wonder Bar AM radio and an analog clock are fitted in the center stack, and a rearview mirror is mounted atop the dashboard. The seller notes the windshield washers work intermittently and the turn signal does not self cancel when engaging the left signal.
Instrumentation consists of a sweeping 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer, as well as gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, battery charge, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 13 miles. True mileage is unknown.
The replacement 327ci V8 sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission, both of which were reportedly rebuilt by Faber Corvettes of Phoenix, Arizona, at the time of the refurbishment. The engine was subsequently restamped to match the car’s VIN sequence, and photos of additional casting numbers are included in the gallery below.
Additional photos of the underside display the condition of the frame and the suspension components.
Photos showing various stages of the refurbishment are also presented in the gallery.
