A raised, dark-stained wood bed floor conceals components for the e-Level Accuair air-suspension system, which was serviced in September 2022 to level the ride height.
The interior features a bench seat with a split-folding back that is upholstered in tan and beige leather. The door panels and dash have been redone to match, and features include a push-button ignition, a retro-style Bluetooth stereo, aftermarket speakers, a subwoofer, and Vintage Air climate control.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel is mounted to an Ididit column. Dakota Digital instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, a digital clock, and four auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows approximately 300 miles, and true chassis mileage is unknown.
The engine bay has been modified and smoothed, and the fuel-injected 5.3-liter LS V8 received custom engine covers. Headers feed a custom 3″ exhaust system that passes through the chassis and feeds dual Flowmaster mufflers, and a custom fuel tank has been added at the rear. An indentation is present on the passenger side of the engine cover.
Power is delivered to the wheels through a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear end with 31-spline axles and a 3.90:1 final-drive ratio. The rear axle is supported by a four-link system. The frame has been modified to support the lowered ride height, and a skid plate has been added up front. Some corrosion is present, and additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
The truck has been assigned a VIN by the state of Arizona.
