The brakes were reportedly serviced during prior ownership, and the pneumatic self-leveling suspension system was overhauled in preparation for the sale. The steering coupler, steering stabilizer shock, idler arm, and subframe mounts were replaced in 2022.
Cabin was refurbished in preparation for the sale using replacement red leather upholstery accompanied with coordinated interior panel trim and carpets. An analog clock is housed in the dashboard, which also features burl wood trim, red padding, and an inoperative Becker Europa AM/FM stereo. Delamination is present on portions of the wood windshield trim as depicted in the gallery below.
The two-spoke steering wheel features a separate horn ring and frames metric instrumentation that includes a 220-km/h speedometer and a tachometer, as well as fuel level and temperature gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 36k kilometers (~22k miles).
The 3.0-liter M189 inline-six features Bosch mechanical fuel injection, and power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission. The exhaust system was replaced during prior ownership, while service performed in March 2022 included changing the oil, servicing the differential, flushing the coolant system, and replacing the following components:
Undercoating was applied to the underside during prior ownership, and additional photos presented in the gallery further show the underbody, driveline, and exhaust.
