VTO Panasport-style wheels feature a silver finish accented with bright lips and are fitted with 16″ Sumitomo tires measuring 195/55 in the front and 215/55 at the rear. The front disc and rear drum brakes were fitted with replacement components during the refurbishment, and Bilstein shocks and IPD sway bars were installed as well.
Tan leather upholstery covers the Corvette-sourced front buckets and the rear bench. Further interior modifications include an aftermarket climate-control system, a three-spoke steering wheel, a Pioneer CD stereo, and Jensen-style sun visors. Sound insulation lines the roof and floors of the cabin, and Coco mats are fitted over the replacement black carpeting.
Refurbished Smiths gauges are housed within a padded and wood-clad cluster.
The 2.0-liter B20 inline-four is said to have been sourced from a 1971 1800S and has been rebuilt with a .040″ overbore, Mahle pistons, and a ported and polished cylinder head. Additional features include a Bosch distributor, dual Weber side-draft carburetors, an aluminum radiator, a lightened flywheel, replacement fuel and oil pumps, and a four-into-one exhaust header linked to a stainless-steel exhaust system.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a rebuilt four-speed manual transmission equipped with an electrically-actuated overdrive that can be engaged with a dashboard-mounted switch.
