The front brake calipers were reportedly replaced in March 2022, and the removed factory units will accompany the car.
The cabin features low-back bucket seats upholstered in Dark Blue vinyl as well as a color-coordinated dash, door panels, and carpets. The headliner was replaced in March 2022, according to the selling dealer. The battery has been relocated behind the passenger’s seat, and the radio, clock, and power antenna are inoperative.
The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 5,300-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and amperage. The five-digit odometer shows 94k chassis miles, and total mileage is unknown.
The 454ci LS6 V8 was sourced from a later-model Chevrolet and installed under previous ownership. The engine is said to be fitted with the removed air cleaner assembly and four-barrel carburetor from the factory 427ci V8. The car features an aftermarket electronic ignition, and work performed in March 2022 reportedly included rebuilding the carburetor.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie four-speed manual transmission. The selling dealer states that the fuel tank was drained and the fuel sender replaced in March 2022.
