Modifications include a Scott’s Hotrods Mustang II-style front suspension with dropped spindles, a Scott’s Hotrods four-link rear suspension, Detroit Speed subframe connectors, Aldan American coilovers, and Wilwood front disc brakes.
The cabin features TMI front bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl with microsuede trim and red stitching. The car is equipped with a Pioneer stereo and a JL Audio amplifier, speakers, and subwoofers.
The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge. An aftermarket tachometer and auxiliary gauges are mounted below the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 5k miles, approximately 2k of which were added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown. Vents and controls from an air-conditioning system are mounted below the dashboard but the rest of the system has been removed, and the seller notes that the speedometer needle is broken. THe removed air-conditioning compressor is included in the sale.
The 311ci V8 was built using an overbored 283 block and a 327 crankshaft. The seller states that it is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor, double-hump cylinder heads, an aftermarket camshaft, a Holley electronic fuel pump, and a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. A Jaz fuel cell is mounted in the trunk. An unused factory-style fuel tank, sending unit, and straps are included in the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission with a 2,800-rpm stall converter. The car is equipped with mini tubs and a narrowed Moser Engineering limited-slip rear end with 3.36:1 gears.
