Ten-spoke 15″ wheels wear Shelby Cobra center caps and are mounted with E70-15 Goodyear Speedway white-letter tires. A space-saving spare is mounted in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The brake booster is said to have been replaced under current ownership.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a fold-down rear bench upholstered in black vinyl with pleated inserts. Equipment includes a heater with a defroster, a center console, faux woodgrain trim, a roll bar, three-point front seatbelts, and a push-button AM radio.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel is fitted with a Shelby horn button and frames a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline. Stewart-Warner gauges indicating oil pressure and amperage are mounted beneath the center of the dashboard. The tachometer was replaced in 2022. The five-digit odometer shows 44k miles, 500 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 428ci V8 features smog equipment, Cobra-script finned air cleaner lid and valve covers as well as a blue engine block and cylinder heads. An engine tune-up was performed in 2022.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a C6 three-speed automatic transmission and a 9-inch rear axle.
