Finished from the factory in Rosso Alfa, the car was repainted some time ago and the selling dealer notes that the rocker panels have been replaced. The front and rear bumpers have been removed and features include circular front turn signals, pop-out side windows, Quadrifoglio badging, and a driver-side mirror. Rust is noted on the lower section of the passenger quarter panel and rockers.
Alfaholics 15×7″ GTA-style wheels are wrapped in 195/55 Dunlop Direzza ZIII tires. An aftermarket steering box has reportedly been installed, and an Alfaholics Fast B suspension kit was installed in 2021, consisting of lowering springs, an anti-roll bar, and sway bar links. The shocks were also replaced in 2021 by Ferrari of Atlanta in Roswell, Georgia. The front lower ball joints are said to have been replaced in May 2022, and the selling dealer notes that a replacement brake booster has also been installed.
The cabin features front “flying buttress” bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl. Wood trim accents the dashboard and center console, and a hidden MP3 stereo with an amplifier have been fitted. Black and red Coco floor mats are fitted up front and a fire extinguisher is mounted behind the driver’s seat. Red three-point harnesses were added for the front occupants and the handbrake boot was replaced in 2021.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a 220-km/h speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,700-rpm redline and an integrated oil pressure gauge, while auxiliary gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature are located on the center stack. The speedometer reset cable was replaced in January 2021 and LED bulbs have been added for the instrumentation. The five-digit odometer shows 37k kilometers (~23k miles), approximately 3,500 of which were added during current ownership. True mileage is unknown.
The 1,779cc twin cam inline-four is equipped with dual Weber DCOE side-draft carburetors and has reportedly been modified with a ported cylinder head, performance camshafts, an MSD ignition coil, and a stainless steel exhaust system and headers. Work in 2021 included resealing the oil pan and replacing the rear main seal and engine mounts. The starter was rebuilt in June 2022, and prior work is said to have included rebuilding the carburetors, refreshing the radiator, and replacement of the ignition components. The selling dealer notes that the engine intermittently runs rough below 2,500 rpm.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. The clutch master cylinder was replaced in 2021. The selling dealer states the transmission was rebuilt and the driveshaft was replaced some time ago. Additional underside photos are viewable in the gallery below.
