The Borrani wire wheels are secured by knock-off hubs and are wrapped in 215/70VR15 Michelin XWX tires. A matching spare is housed under the trunk floor. The 365 GT 2+2 model was the first Ferrari 2+2 offered with an independent rear suspension, and power-assisted steering was equipped from the factory. Work reported by the selling dealer in the last few years included a suspension rebuild by Patrick Ottis. Stopping power is provided by servo-assisted four-wheel ventilated disc brakes.
The 2+2 cabin features front bucket seats and contoured rear seats trimmed in beige leather along with a matching headliner and door panels. A contrasting black dashboard and center console are fitted, and red carpets line the floors. Equipment includes air conditioning, power windows, a retro-style radio, and Ferrari-branded floor mats. The air conditioning system was recharged with R12 refrigerant in August 2022. There are cracks in the upholstery. A Blaupunkt AM/FM radio is included in the sale and can be seen in the gallery.
The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation including a 180-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, and oil temperature. Gauges for fuel level and amperage flank the clock in the center of the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 23k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 4.4-liter 60° Colombo SOHC V12 features triple Weber carburetors and was factory rated at 320 horsepower. Service by Patrick Ottis in the last few years is said to have included rebuilding the radiator and tuning the engine. The carburetors were serviced in January 2023.
