The car left the factory finished in Wimbledon White (M5) and was reportedly repainted during previous ownership. Features include a shaker hood scoop, black-out hood treatment, a grille with integrated fog lights, Mach 1 side and rear stripes, quarter-panel scoops, rear window louvers, front and rear spoilers, color-keyed mirrors, sequential taillamps, reverse lights, and a dual outlet exhaust that exits below the rear valance.
Shelby-style 15″ wheels wear pony center caps and are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. A full-size spare is mounted in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The rear tires are said to have been replaced in 2022.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a folding Sport Deck rear seat upholstered in black vinyl with channeled inserts. Equipment includes a center console, a Hurst T-handle shifter, faux woodgrain trim accents, polished door sills, shoulder belts, and rubber floor mats. An analog clock is mounted in the passenger-side dashboard, and a Carroll Shelby signature is visible above the glovebox. The left door trim panel is cracked around the handle and the Alpine stereo does not work. The front bucket seats were re-upholstered during current ownership.
The rim-blow steering wheel frames a Dakota Digital 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and battery voltage. The digital odometer indicates 81k miles, approximately 100 of which were added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 351ci V8 is said to have been bored .030″ over during previous ownership, and service since 2021 has reportedly included replacing the battery, carburetor, and spark plugs. The seller notes that the following components have been installed:
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a 3.90:1 limited-slip differential.
The Deluxe Marti report details the original colors and equipment and lists April 11, 1969 build date.
Service records, rear seat covers, and workshop manuals are included in the sale.
