The car left the factory finished in Bright Blue Metallic with a power-operated white soft top. Work performed as part of a multi-year refurbishment completed in 2022 is said to have included a repaint as well as replacement of the trunk pan and lower quarter panels. Features include a blue vinyl convertible top boot, white 383 “billboard” side panels, body-color bumpers, fender vents, driving lights, and a Rallye hood with dual scoops and hood pins.
The 14″ Magnum 500-style wheels are mounted with F70-14 Goodyear Polyglas tires. The car was equipped from the factory with heavy-duty suspension and power-assisted front disc brakes.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in blue vinyl as well as a color-coordinated dash, door panels, and carpets. Woodgrain trim accents the instrument cluster as well as the center console, and additional appointments include a push-button Music Master radio, a heater, and lap belts. Work performed as part of the aforementioned refurbishment is said to have included reupholstering the seats and refurbishing the dash.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 5,500-rpm redline, a combination gauge, and a clock. The five-digit odometer shows 99k miles.
The 383ci V8 is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was rebuilt during previous ownership. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a TorqueFlite 727 three-speed automatic transmission. The car features a dual exhaust system with outlets exiting through the rear valance.
