Stock 13″ five-slot alloy wheels are mounted with 175/70 General GT Altimax RT43 tires. Braking is provided by front discs and rear drums.

The 2.0-liter inline-four features Kugelfischer mechanical fuel injection and was balanced and re-bored in 2010. Additional work performed at that time included rebuilding the cylinder head, installing replacement valve guides, and polishing the crankshaft.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
