The body was repainted in black after it was stripped in 2016. Additional features include matte-black lower stripes, pop-up headlights, quad exhaust outlets, a split rear bumper, and black-finished rear badging. The fuel filler door and filler neck were relocated during the refurbishment.
Staggered-width 17″ alloy Campagnolo-style wheels are wrapped in 225/45 front and 335/35 rear Toyo Proxes R888 tires. A set of factory Campagnolo wheels mounted with Goodyear tires are shown in the gallery and included in the sale. Refurbished brake calipers were sourced from Hall Pantera and fitted under current ownership.
The bucket seats are trimmed in black upholstery and are complimented by a matching dashboard, door panels, console, and DeTomaso-branded floor mats. Additional equipment included a gated shifter, a heater, and a fire extinguisher. Refurbishment work included the installation of Vader Racing power window motors, replacement seat cushions and door cards, and an aftermarket Bluetooth head unit concealed behind a face plate in the center stack.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames instrumentation consisting of a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 5,900-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges housed in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 79k miles, approximately 500 of which have been added under current ownership. True mileage is unknown.
The mid-mounted 351ci Cleveland V8 includes DeTomaso-branded cylinder head covers and air cleaner cover and has been modified with a Fluidyne radiator supported by twin puller fans and stainless-steel coolant lines. An oil change was performed and the spark plugs were replaced in 2020.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a ZF five-speed manual transaxle. Rust is shown on the frame and other underside components, additional photos of which are provided in the gallery below.
Accessories included in the sale consist of a car cover, a Pantera key chain, the aforementioned set of Campagnolo wheels, an owner’s manual, refurbishment photos, and service records dating to 2016.
