This example was repainted in its factory silver under previous ownership and features a black soft top, a dual-exit exhaust, chrome bumpers and side trim, a retractable antenna, a driver-side mirror, Fiat Dino fender badges, clear side marker lenses, and quad headlights and taillights. The 14″ Cromodora wheels wear Fiat center caps and are mounted with 205/70 Fulda Carat Assuro tires. A matching spare wheel with an older radial tire is mounted in the trunk. The Dino 2400 was equipped with an independent rear suspension, and stopping power is provided by discs at all four corners.
The cockpit features high-back bucket seats and a rear bench that were reupholstered in tan cloth under previous ownership. Tan vinyl trims the door panels and sills while brown carpets line the floors. Additional equipment includes wood accents on the dash and center console, a Veglia clock, and a Philips cassette player.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel wears a Fiat-branded horn button and frames Veglia instrumentation consisting of a 250-km/h speedometer, a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges indicating oil pressure, oil temperature, water temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows under 63k kilometers (~39k miles). Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 2.4-liter V6 is said to have been rebuilt in 2013 with new main and connecting rod bearings as well as new pistons, valves, valve guides, a timing chain, and sprockets. The engine block is also said to have been drilled and honed at that time.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a dogleg five-speed manual transmission.
