The windshield washer pump does not work, rear window trim is spotted, the molding is peeling, and the right-side mirror cap chrome has flaws.
Multi-spoke 14″ alloy wheels with BMW-logo center caps wear Kumho Solus tires. The Bilstein dampers were installed during the refurbishment according to the seller, who notes that the rubber suspension components and wheel hubs were also replaced and the calipers for the four-wheel disc brakes were rebuilt.
Replacement tan leather seat covers were installed, the headliner and side panels were replaced, and Dynamat insulation material was applied to the floors before the replacement carpeting was installed according to the seller. The right-front window motor and power window switches were also replaced, and the Blaupunkt stereo and speakers were installed. The air conditioning, neutral safety switch, and rear courtesy light do not work, the turn signal stalk does not automatically return to neutral, the spare tire post is missing, and the left door armrest trim is a different color than the door pull.
A wood-rimmed Nardi steering wheel with a BMW-branded horn button frames a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a clock, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer is stopped at 1,400 miles and does not work, and total mileage is unknown. The seller states that wood-accented dashboard was refurbished in California.
The 3.0-liter M30 inline-six has reportedly been rebuilt and the water pump, battery, alternator, radiator, wiring, and hoses were replaced. The seller notes the car has an oil leak that leaves drops on the ground.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission that the seller states was rebuilt. Additional work noted by the seller involved undercoating the chassis and replacing the exhaust system.
