The Giugiaro-designed brushed stainless-steel bodywork is fitted over a composite underbody and Lotus-derived steel backbone chassis. Exterior details include a front spoiler, a louvered rear-window cover, gray urethane bumper caps, counterbalanced gullwing doors, dual exhaust outlets, black side moldings, and quadruple headlights.
Factory turbine-style 14″ and 15″ wheels are mounted with 195/60 Cooper CS3 Touring tires up front and 235/60 Cooper Cobra Radial GT tires at the rear. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes. The seller states service under current ownership included replacing the brake primary cylinder, dampers, and tires, as well as refurbishing the brake calipers.
The cabin features bucket seats trimmed in gray leather, joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Amenities include air conditioning, a tilting and telescoping steering column, an AM/FM cassette stereo, and power accessories. There is a scuff on the outer bolster of the driver’s seat, discoloration on the left side of the center console, and stains on the carpet in the left footwell.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 1,700 miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.
The rear-mounted 2.85-liter V6 was factory rated at 130 horsepower and 153 lb-ft of torque and features Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection as well as an alloy block and cylinder heads. The battery was reportedly replaced in September 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. Additional photos of the underbody are provided in the gallery.
The framed window sticker lists factory equipment and a total suggested retail price of $26,175.
Manufacturer’s literature, several issues of DCS Magazine, and removed tires will accompany the car.
