Chrome-finished 16″ alloy wheels wear 255/60 Avon Turbospeed CR27 tires showing 2008 date codes. Lagonda models featured four-wheel independent suspension and power-assisted disc brakes on all four corners.
The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in tan leather that extends to the center console, lower dashboard, and door panels, while red leather covers the upper dashboard. Additional appointments include brown carpets with cream sheepskin covers, burl wood veneer trim, power-adjustable front seats, R134a-based air conditioning, a rear glass roof panel, electric windows, and a Kenwood KRC-1022 cassette stereo. A Motorola carphone is mounted in the center console.
The single-spoke steering wheel fronts digital instrumentation that includes a speedometer, a tachometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer is located inside the engine compartment and shows 8k miles. The control buttons for the instruments do not work.
The 5.3-liter DOHC V8 was equipped with four Weber carburetors from the factory, and it was rated at 280 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque when new. The power steering pump needs to be replaced according to the selling dealer, who states that the car will also need servicing prior to being driven.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. Additional underside images are included in the gallery.
The car is supplied manufacturer’s literature, a jack, a warning triangle, a fire extinguisher, and a briefcase containing a tool kit and a first-aid kit.
