Chrome-finished 18” Kinesis wheels feature Porsche-crest center caps and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 245/35 up front and 295/30 out back. The car has been fitted with replacement front and rear sway bars, a front strut-tower brace, Bilstein shocks, brake-cooling ducts, and Brembo Big Red brake calipers over cross-drilled rotors.
The cabin features power-adjustable front seats and fold-down rear seats upholstered in black leather. Five-point harnesses have been installed for the driver and front passenger, and the factory seatbelts also remain fitted. Other equipment includes a radar detector, a fire extinguisher, Porsche-embroidered floor mats, and an Eclipse CD stereo linked to a replacement amplifier, speakers, and a rear floor-mounted subwoofer. The left door lock does not function.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer as well as a tachometer, an analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 55k miles, approximately 16k of which were added by the seller.
The car is powered by a rear-mounted turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six. Modifications under previous ownership included installing a BorgWarner K27 turbocharger, a larger intercooler, and stainless-steel headers linked to B&B Exhaust components, as well as replacing the air conditioning condenser and evaporator core. An oil change was completed in July 2022, and the seller reports the hood and decklid struts have been replaced.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle that was rebuilt in 2000 with lower-ratio ring and pinion gears. The car is equipped with a limited-slip differential, and the seller notes that the clutch was replaced at 52k miles.
