This example was finished at the factory in Guards Red (G1) and features a carbon-fiber front splitter, a rear underbody spoiler, an adjustable rear wing, towing points, and a vented hood secured by external pins. The front spoiler is chipped and additional blemishes in the paint and trim are shown close up in the gallery.
The 18″ BBS multi-piece wheels feature gold centers and are mounted with Hoosier racing slicks, which are said to have been installed in 2018. Power steering was fitted under previous ownership. The four-wheel disc brakes feature Porsche-branded calipers and have been modified with larger cross-drilled rotors that were replaced in preparation for the sale. The ABS does not work and the power steering leaks.
The cabin is fitted with a full roll cage from Matter in addition to fixed-back racing seats upholstered in black cloth and racing harnesses. A fire extinguisher is mounted to the center console, and the rear seats have been removed along with the cargo area carpets.
The three-spoke Luisi steering wheel wears a centering stripe and frames a 300-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, boost, oil pressure, and voltage. Auxiliary gauges are fitted in the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 50k kilometers (~31k miles), approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.
The turbocharged M44/52 2.5-liter inline-four was replaced under previous ownership. A photo depicting the engine stamping is provided in the gallery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential with 40% lockup. The clutch is said to have been replaced under current ownership. The seller notes that the transaxle leaks.
