Staggered-width 16″ Fuchs alloy wheels feature red centers with polished lips and are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires measuring 205/55 up front and 245/45 out back. Braking is handled by cross-drilled and ventilated discs at all four corners. The brake hoses were replaced in 2022.
The power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated center console, door panels, and carpets. Amenities include air conditioning, a clock, power windows, and Porsche-branded floor mats. An aftermarket Eclipse CD stereo is installed in the factory location, and the air conditioning system was last recharged in 2016.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,700-rpm redline as well as a 170-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, fuel level, and boost pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 39k miles.
The turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six was factory rated at 282 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque. An engine out service with a reseal was performed in 2004. The alternator was replaced in 2016 and the battery in 2021. Service in preparation for the sale included performing a valve adjustment and an oil change in addition to replacing the fuel pressure accumulator, air filter, fuel filter, drive belts, valve cover gaskets, and spark plugs.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transaxle. The clutch was replaced in 2004.
