The 5.0-liter DOHC V8 features LH-Jetronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 326 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. The timing belt, water pump, oil pump gear, and cylinder heads were replaced in 2018, a replacement throttle air control valve and alternator were fitted in 2020, and an oil change was performed during current ownership.

The Carfax report indicates that the car was stolen in 1994 and recovered in 2000, and lists history in New York, California, and Florida through the most recent entry in May 2020. A gap is present between March 2000 and July 2017.
