Staggered-width 17″ aluminum wheels are mounted with Goodyear Eagle ZR40 front tires and Eagle ZR35 rear tires measuring 275/40 and 315/35, respectively. ZR-1 models were equipped with an FX3 Selective Ride suspension package which features electronically adjustable Bilstein shock absorbers. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes.
The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in black leather along with matching carpets and door panels. Equipment includes automatic climate control, cruise control, an onboard computer, and a Delco-Bose Gold Series sound system with CD and cassette players.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central digital speedometer and fuel level display flanked by analog instrumentation consisting of a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and battery voltage. The digital odometer indicates just under 8k miles.
The aluminum LT5 5.7-liter DOHC V8 was co-designed by Lotus and built by Mercury Marine in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Factory-rated output was 375 horsepower and 370 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in preparation of the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional underside photos can be viewed in the gallery.
