All factory Syclones were finished in black with a color-coordinated aerodynamic package. Paint chips are evident on the body of the truck and the left fog light is inoperable.
Turbine-style 16″ aluminum wheels wear GMC-branded center caps and are mounted with 245/50 General G-MaxRS tires. Service performed in 2021 is said to include replacement of the front brake calipers, anti-lock braking system computer and distribution block, lower control arms, ball joints, outer tie rod ends, and tie rod adjustment sleeves. The rear center caps are missing the red lettering and the truck is noted to need an alignment.
The cabin houses manually adjustable bucket seats trimmed in black velour with Syclone embroidery on the headrests along with contrasting red piping on the seats and upper door panels. Amenities include an Alpine head unit, air conditioning, cruise control, rubber Chevrolet logo floor mats, and power windows and door locks. The seller notes a sagging headliner.
The two-spoke steering wheel wears an aftermarket cover and fronts a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, a column-mounted AutoMeter boost gauge, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage. The six-digit odometer shows 104k miles, approximately 100 of which were added by the seller.
The turbocharged 4.3-liter V6 was rebuilt in August 2016 by Clark’s Auto Parts & Machine of Cupertino, California, and receipts and a build sheet are viewable in the gallery. An oil change was performed in 2021.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, a full-time BorgWarner transfer case, and a limited-slip rear differential. A Magnaflow exhaust system is installed. A power-steering fluid leak is noted by the seller, and areas of corrosion are evident on the underside, additional images of which are presented in the gallery.
A spare air filter, relays, exterior light covers, and the removed Delco cassette radio and graphic equalizer are included in the sale, along with a Car Chip Pro GPS tracking chip.
