The 17″ Cup II wheels are mounted with a mix of Sentury and Nitto tires. The car features an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and the 993 was the first 911 to feature a multi-link rear suspension. Braking is handled by silver-finished Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. The pads, rotors, brake pressure accumulator, and brake fluid were reportedly replaced in preparation for the sale.
The power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in black leather and are complemented by a matching center console, door panels, and carpeting. Amenities include cruise control, air conditioning, a Hi-Fi sound system, and a Becker Porsche cassette stereo. The seller reports that the lumbar adjustments are inoperative, and blemishes are visible in the headliner.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 180-mph speedometer, a Quarz analog clock, and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 99k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership.
The air-cooled 3.6L flat-six was factory rated at 270 horsepower and 243 lb-ft of torque. Work completed in preparation for the sale is said to have included replacing the fuel pump, filter, and relay as well as the valve cover gaskets, and spark plugs. The seller notes the oil was changed and the air filters and air-conditioning system expansion valve were replaced in preparation for the sale. Power is sent to all four wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. The seller notes the transmission and transfer case fluid was flushed in preparation for the sale.
