Silver-finished 17″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with a mixed set of 225/45 Uniroyal RainSport 5 front tires and 255/40 Uniroyal RainSport 2 rear tires. The car rides on double-wishbone independent suspension at all four corners, and it is equipped with speed-sensing progressive power rack-and-pinion steering and ventilated discs. The seller notes the car also features the big-brake option which included four-piston brake calipers up front and two-piston calipers at the back.
The right-hand-drive cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in black cloth with patterned inserts. Appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, Supra-branded front floor mats, and an aftermarket Alpine CD stereo as well as power windows, locks, and mirrors, and Toyota Confetti floor mats. The seller notes the stereo unit is not set up to receive all U.S. FM radio frequencies.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-kph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 96k kilometers (~60k miles), approximately 1,500 kilometers of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged and intercooled 3.0L 2JZ-GTE inline-six was factory rated at 276 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. A Japanese service sticker under the hood indicates that the timing belt was replaced in May 2014, and the seller states that the alternator, air-conditioning compressor, and crankshaft pulley were replaced within the last two months.
